Esil Empig M.S. CF-SLP

Esil Empig is a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist who earned her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before completing her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology at Northwestern University.

Esil has experience working with children in both private practice and school-based settings. She has a strong interest in supporting children with diverse communication needs, including complex communicators, AAC users, gestalt language processors, and children with expressive and receptive language disorders. 

Esil is passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming and child-led therapy that builds on each child’s unique strengths and interests. With her background as a classical pianist, she loves incorporating music into sessions. Esil strives to create an environment where her clients can be their authentic selves and foster meaningful communication. In her free time, Esil enjoys traveling, exploring new cafes, and spending time with her dog Tofu!
