Jessica Cheifetz, M.S., CF-SLP, TSSLD
Jessica holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University. She also holds a certification in Teaching Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD).
Jessica has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings across New York City, including inpatient hospitals, public school system of New York City, and private practice.
She is a dedicated clinician who has provided assessment and intervention in areas including language development and expansion, literacy, articulation, AAC systems, executive functioning, and feeding
therapy.
She has a particular passion for early intervention and enjoys supporting children as they build foundational communication, speech, and feeding skills.
Her therapy approach is individualized, engaging, and family-centered, recognizing the important role caregivers play in supporting progress beyond sessions. She strives to create a positive environment where clients feel confident, motivated, and successful in reaching their goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out and exploring new restaurants throughout New York City!
